Great service, had a small rock/pepple kick up on my 2026 model. It was slightly larger than a 1/4, they injected it and got to say it turned out really good. Im happy. Thank You Safelite Pooler Georgia

I originally went through my insurance to file a claim when my windshield on my truck was hit with rocks from lawn service that was being done while I was out of town. I had a pretty significant crack right up the middle of the glass and knew I would need it replaced. After working with my insurance they recommended Safelite. The website was easy to navigate and they had plenty of appointments for me to choose from that worked with my schedule. Since I wanted to get this fixed ASAP I was able to chose a week day appointment and was even able to have them come to do the repair in the parking lot of my work, which was so convenient. Daryll called me the morning of my appointment and let me know when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was able to walk me through exactly what he would do during the service. My windshield was replaced and calibrated within the hour! Daryll humored it silly questions with kindness and grace since this was my first time having to go through this process and let me know how to care for my windshield the few days prior to the service which was mainly not getting it wet. Overall my experience was great. Setting everything up and the service itse

A small rock chip on my 2026 Sentra quickly spread across the whole windshield. π When I first called, Safelite was upfront about the new glass being on backorder, but they followed through and called as soon as it arrived. Super friendly and efficientβthey finished the install and recalibration in just 1.5 hours! Very happy with their hustle. Thank you, Safelite!!

Was a long wait, it took a 3.5 hours. Great Job at first, then 2 days later it rained and I turned on my winshield wipers, they didn't work they did what is in my photo, it started to get worse, luckily I was at a turn light, and pulled into the parking lot, trying to get a hold of the company. Took forever to get through with the computer voice to get a person. Then that representative could not get a hold of this location. Hubby escorted me when the rain stopped all the way to this location and of course it began to rain again, and could not see for a few min. while getting off the freeway. Got there, the guy was like I am the only one here, when hubby and I walked passed the employee entrance going in, 6 ppl were just hangging out, not doing anything. They took my car back right away and tried to apologize for this inconvienience, but I was so upset, because this the first time I have ever had to get my winshield changed, and did it through this place because family and friends say they do the best job, but I will never be using them again....well this location. Even when I was sitting for 3 hours waiting, 2 other ppl were talking about somone who did the at home service and how

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Safelite Repair. During my windshield replacement, the technicians broke the side molding pieces on my vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, I had to call customer service three separate times just to get any kind of response. It then took four days for someone from the location to finally call me back. To make matters even worse, the manager and an employee actually told me that I would have to pay for the crown molding pieces that THEY broke during the repair. That is completely unacceptable. If your technicians damage parts of a customerβs vehicle during a service, the company should take responsibility for fixing it not try to charge the customer for their mistake. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of this situation is extremely disappointing. What should have been a simple windshield replacement turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. I expected much better service and integrity from a company like Safelite. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
